I just wanted to let you know that we have received our order and everything looks great. The color is perfect and the quality is great. Somewhere on the long journey of the couches the legs of the SL188 got broken off. If you can send me some new ones it would be great. There is 8 in total around half of them are broken. I would like to replace them with something other than the plastic legs that were on the couch. Something a little stronger. If you have a nice set of black caster for the small piece and metal legs for the chair that would be awesome. Then we would be able to roll around the smaller part of the chair. Let me know. I received my SL171 sofa set today. The set looks great! But it did take a LONG time, 65 days to be exact. The leather feels and smells great. And the 2 free pillows were a nice surprise. One minor setback is the crooked right armrest/leg on the sofa. It not only looks slightly crooked, it has a noticeable gap underneath it. Almost looks like the sofa was resting vertically on that armrest/leg during its long journey from your manufacturing facility in China and the weight of the sofa caused the armrest to bend inwards. We did it together! The white is just right, the lavender insets are quite attractive and unique just like the picture. It had plastic cover, cardboard, foam, and another outer wrap. I was quite impressed. Firstly, what a wonderful website. I am interested in purchasing model sl 172 in black hard wearing leather. Shipment will be to England. Having seen this web site I have today cancelled an order with a Large leather shop in the U.K who were selling an almost identical model for wait for it.......?500.00 !!!!! That is not a typing error, it really is seven thousand five hundred pounds and a 16 week wait for delivery. Out of principle I absolutely refuse to purchase from them now or in the future.

We received the sofa set today, it looks INCREDIBLE. It is beautiful, and so well built...a bit firm, but VERY well built. I have to say, the furniture was packed better than any piece I have ever seen, and I don't think it could have possibly been packed better

RECEIVED MY FURNITURE!! YEAAA! I must say I was having my doubts -- what with scams all over the internet -- but after my above post,Jan did call me. Still, there was no receipt or paper trail or ETA and I was feeling paranoid. I think they're addressing this part of their business. Otherwise, I am absolutely thrilled with the furniture.I received it exactly 8 weeks after ordering it. The set looks exactly as pictured, and the quality is superb!As a Financial Strategist, I was very curious to see firsthand how the Chinese manufacturing would look.(You know, China is purportedly 'stealing' the US's manufacturing jobs.) I've got to be honest: if this iswhat China is capable of, we're getting our asses kicked. Not only was the furniture top quality for half the price --but the telltale sign for me was even in the way it was packed! Fanatical detail was paid to the wrappingof each piece. I was amazed; my delivery guys were cursing! (Every little leg, edge, and corner wasintricately wrapped in foam...twice!) I will gladly recommend Shangrila to others.

I must tell you, my husband & I are thrilled with the quality of the set! The leather is beautiful, and the quality of the the furniture is evident throughout the pieces. I'm glad we have a big room, the furniture fills it out perfectly! The set is so comfortable too! It looks like such a high quality set, something that is made more for looks. Sitting and laying on it, it certainly tells a different story! We could not be happier, especially since we essentially purchased it sight unseen. So many times on Ebay, you have to worry about people who thrive on misrepresenting products, knowing full well that by the time it comes to your home, you won't have much choice in the matter. Absolutely not the case with your company! Even the coffee table I ordered from you looks great! I didn't realize that the end tables were not a perfect match, but they are very nice too. I'm perfectionist and can't act again my nature and sometimes have to delay shipping of whole container because 1-2 sofas are not what I think should be. We are training production people to build your sofa best as possible and this take extra time. Our production cost are higher than similar product sold on local market, because we are using best available material and sometimes we have to wait for delivery, it is not a product from the shelf. Additional to using best and more costly material, we are paying our people much better than local factories, because I require quality, not volume and our workmanship is much better than competitors. Compare design, selections, prices, quality of work. We are working to cut total delivery time to 4-5 weeks. We deliver now by 2 men white gloves free 30 minutes home installations. WOW! you're impressiveWe love it, thank you. The only problem was in the ottoman, which for some reason came in an open box and one of its legs is broken off. I guess that is not a big problem, considering how good of deal this was. The leg itself is just fine, Its just not attached. That is why I say it is not a big deal.
